Albert holds a doctorate degree from the University of Cambridge, UK. He was subsequently elected Junior Research Fellow of Wolfson College. He focused on the modelling of single-phase electric motors (induction machines and permanent magnet machines) and micro-motors.
Currently
Albert is an experienced management consultant, specialising in policy formulation and review, business and regulatory impact assessment, options evaluation, stakeholder engagement and performance management for public sector clients.
