Cheung Kwok Yuen 張國源

Kwok-Yuen has obtained his bachelor and master degrees in Chemical Engineering at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). After his master degree, he moved to Japan to work as a research engineer in Mitsubishi Chemical Japan. In 2004, he was awarded the Croucher Scholarship for his PhD study on “Site-Wide and Supply Chain Optimisation for Continuous Chemical Processes” at Imperial College London.

 

After graduation, Kwok-Yuen has moved back to Hong Kong with his wife, Susanna Wan. Susanna is also a Croucher Scholar herself.

 

Kwok-Yuen is now a technical manager at ASM Pacific Technology. He leads a process engineering team to develop machinery equipment, which facilitates the fabrication of the camera modules used in different electronic gadgets.
