Li Chi Keung 李志強

Dr. LI began his scientific research work at the University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Prof. Che Chi-ming and received his PhD in 1991. He was then supported by the Croucher Postdoctoral Fellowship to continue his research with Prof. Lord Lewis at the Cambridge University.

Dr. LI joined the Government Laboratory in 1993,  he has been working in various forensic science disciplines including controlled drugs, forensic toxicology, documents and handwriting examination.  Dr. LI awarded the Forensic Science Society Diploma in Document Examination (FSSocDip) by the University of Strathclyde and the Forensic Science Society, UK in 2002. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Society of Forensic Science and Royal Society of Chemistry.  Dr. LI conducted scientific research relating various aspects of documents examination and published scientific research papers in various international journals. He has also chaired workshops, given Plenary and Keynote lectures in various international conferences.  Dr. LI award the Dr. Ann Priston Award for Excellence on Casework in 2016 by the Chartered Society of Forensic Science in recognition to his contribution to the work of forensic science, .
