Dr. Eva Tang obtained her Bachelor Degree in Technology, majoring in Biotechnology (BTech – Hons) from The University of Auckland in New Zealand in 2002. She completed her PhD in Cardiovascular Pharmacology at the Department of Pharmacology, The University of Hong Kong in 2007. She received her postdoctoral training at the Cardiovascular Medicine Division, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School (Boston, MA, USA). She was awarded with The Croucher Foundation Studentship during the tenure of her PhD (2005-2007) and The Croucher Foundation Fellowship for her post-doctoral studies (2008-2009). She also won the Butterfield-Croucher Award for the best local candidate in biological and medical science category in 2005. She took up her post as Research Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy, The University of Hong Kong in June 2010.
