Huang Jing Song 黃勁松

Professor Huang Jing Song is Chair Professor of Mathematics at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He was awarded 2002 National Natural Science Award for his contribution to mathematical research. Professor Huang received a BSc in mathematics from Peking University and a PhD in mathematics from MIT. He was a member at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton and a faculty member at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City before he joined the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Currently

Professor Huang is working on representation theory, lie theory and harmonic analysis.
