Koo Kwok Keung Terry

Terry K Koo received his B.Eng. with highest honour in Manufacturing Engineering, M.Phil. in Rehabilitation Engineering, and Ph.D. degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. With the financial support from Croucher Foundation, he worked as a post-doctoral research fellow in the Orthopedic Biomechanics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University between 2002 and 2003.

Koo joined New York Chiropractic College in 2006 as assistant professor and promoted to full professor in 2018. He is also the Director of Foot Levelers Biomechanics Research Laboratory. His research interests cover ultrasound imaging and elastography, bioinstrumentation, musculoskeletal modeling, orthopedic biomechanics, stroke rehabilitation, and chiropractic-related research. Koo is currently an editorial board member of Journal of Healthcare Engineering.
