Law Chi Kwong 羅志光

Dr Law Chi Kwong obtained his B.Sc. (Physics) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1987. After completing an M. Phil. study at CUHK in 1989,  he continued his graduate study at University of Rochester, and obtained a Ph. D in 1995. Dr Law's Ph. D thesis was on the Hamiltonian description of optomechanical couplings and dynamical Casimir effect. He joined CUHK in 1998 after completing a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Rochester. Currently He is an Associate Professor in Physics at CUHK. His main research interest is theoretical quantum optics.
