Professor Raymond Liang Hin-suen is Chair Professor of Haematology and Oncology at the University of Hong Kong, and was the Immediate Past President of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine. He is now serving as a member of the Steering Committee on Strategic Review on Healthcare Manpower Planning and Professional Development.
