Louisa Wong

Dr Wong is the Principal Consultant of The Hong Kong Occupational Safety & Health Council. She takes major responsibilities in implementing the Council’s policies in consultancy, education and training, promotional programmes, research and information services, and has been promoting safety and health in workplaces and communities in mainland China and Hong Kong SAR. Before joining the Council, Dr Wong was the occupational hygienist in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She graduated with a Master Degree in Occupational Hygiene from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK and a PhD in Occupational and Environmental Epidemiology from the University of Southampton, UK. She also holds a Certificate in Operational Competent in Occupational Hygiene from UK and Certificate in Teaching Methodology in Tertiary Education from HK. She is a Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Environmental and Occupational Hygiene (HKIEOH).
