Tsang Suk-Ying Faye 曾淑瑩

Professor Faye Suk-Ying TSANG obtained her Ph.D. degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She obtained the postdoctoral training at the Johns Hopkins University and the University of California. She is now a Professor at the School of Life Sciences of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is the investigator in both the State Key Laboratory of Agrobiotechnology (CUHK) and the Ministry of Education Key Laboratory for Regenerative Medicine (Hong Kong). Her research interest includes i) the biology of embryonic stem cells and their cardiac derivatives; ii) ion channels and cardiovascular physiology. She has published more than 80 papers and several book chapters in the area of cardiovascular research. She serves as the reviewer for several grant agencies and a number of scientific journals in the field of stem cells or cardiovascular physiology.
