Vivian Wan is with TPG Capital as Operating Director, leading the human capital agenda of TPG’s portfolio companies in Asia.
Before TPG, Vivian was with Intel Corporation as the Strategic Staffing Director for the Greater Asia Region, driving regional workforce planning and leadership pipeline building. Prior to Intel, she was a recruitment consultant with Heidrick & Struggles and a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Vivian received her PhD in Physics from St. John’s College, University of Cambridge and her MSc and MA from New Hall, University of Cambridge.
