Wayne Luk

  • Fellowship in 1988 at University of Oxford

Professor Luk is interested in theory and practice for improving design quality - such as performance and energy efficiency - of demanding computer systems, while making them easier to design and to verify that they function as expected.

Applications of such systems include bioinformatics, atmospheric modelling, and computational finance.

He has been Fellowship Advisor for the Croucher Foundation since 1999. The photo above shows one of the meetings that he organised, with Professor Rayson Huang as the Guest of Honour.
