  • Senior Research Fellowship in 2006 at Chinese University of Hong Kong
  • Scholarship in 1981 at University of Cambridge

Professor Chow Hak Fun is currently a Professor at the Chemistry Department at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is an internationally renowned research chemist in the field of dendritic and supramolecular polymer chemistry. His research work is centered on the synthesis and applications of functional dendritic macromolecules and the self-assembling properties of functional polymers. He has made important contributions to the understanding of the chiroptical, electrochemical, catalytic and self-assembling properties of such macromolecular systems. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, UK, and the Regional or of Synlett. He is also the Director of the Center of Novel Functional Molecules at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
