- Fellowship in 2019 at Technical University of Denmark
Akhee Jahan holds a doctorate degree from the University of Hong Kong, with her research thesis focusing on host factors hijacked upon Influenza A virus infection. She received the Lundbeck fellowship award from Denmark after her Croucher fellowship to pursue research in Denmark.
Currently, Akhee is working as a postdoctoral fellow in Statens serum Institut, Denmark, where she is developing influenza vaccines and testing their efficacy to prevent swine to human outbreaks.
