Dominic was formerly a consultant with the global consulting firm McKinsey & Company. He was also the former co-CEO of a-connect (China), a professional consulting staffing firm and China general manager of Englishtown.com (an EF Group company) providing online language training service. A serial entrepreneur, Dominic has been involved in technology companies in the Digital Signal Processing (DSP) application, integrated communication, mobile device applications, e-commerce solution and e-learning areas.

The recipient of the Queen's Gold Medal for mathematics presented by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Dominic studied engineering at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, graduated with BA, MA and PhD (Digital Signal Processing) degrees.

Currently

Dominic is an Associate Professor of Practice at Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and Associate Director of the EMBA Programme. Dominic is also the founder and CEO of Decisive Consulting Limited, a management consulting firm. He co-founded Dark Horse Investment that focuses on early stage technology investment.

A frequent speaker at conferences, business seminars and university lectures, Dominic is also a corporate trainer and executive coach. He is the author of the books “My Cambridge Days 八載劍橋” and "Journey For Two 夢想'侶'遊". Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, he also speaks basic French and Japanese.

Dominic is an advocate of simple, green and organic life. He is a keen world traveller and together with his wife, Irene have set foot on all seven continents.
