Dr LAU received his Ph.D. degree from the Imperial College, London University. He is the Senior Chemist in Sewage Treatment Division One, Drainage Services Department of Hong Kong SAR Government.
Dr LAU was a member of the R&D Team responsible for conducting and management of R&D activities in treatment and processes, and now he formulates advice and recommendations on matters pertaining to sewage and sludge treatment, odor management, laboratory practice and environmental monitoring for DSD.
