Dr. Cheung received his B.Eng degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Hong Kong in 2001. He was then awarded with the Croucher Foundation Scholarship for his Ph.D study at The University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Cheung had completed his Ph.D study in 2006. Meanwhile, his research project "Wireless Sensor Network for Traffic Surveillance" had been commercialized by Sensys, founded by Prof. Pravin Varaiya.
Currently
Dr. Cheung is working as the Director of Research and Development at PINC Solutions in California. He is specialized in the RFID System and Logistic Applications. He is also interested in Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), Wireless Sensor Networks and Automobile Computer System.
